Hence, it’s tempting to ask what music industry knowledge or skill can you acquire for free in assist one’s pursuit of a music career. Just like music fans trying to find music they can listen to with low or no cost, many musicians and music producers themselves want to know whether they can receive free music production tips, free music creation programs, and other free music education resources to further their profession.

In any case, you have to take into consideration the source of the information, if it’s free online music lessons that you’re looking for. Indicators as to whether a music producer website is reputable and carries quality information are whether that website ranks well, and whether many people seem to comment favorably on the content. Also important to establish the credibility of the website is the proverbial pudding. With regard to free music production programs, there are several great fully functional music production programs online. However, music guidance in free programs might not be as thorough as the guidance provided with paid programs. Generally speaking, there’s a good reason to buy. Downloading TV Shows

26 December 2010

There is a wide variety of sites that allows users to view or download TV shows and in many cases. The practice is unlawful since there are copyright laws for every show which will let the show to be distributed online or not. Nevertheless there are websites that lawfully distribute free movies to the public; an example of a free movie project is a site like www.bigbuckbunny.org. However, even though there are free projects the majority of movies or TV shows which are downloaded or viewed online are mostly licensed or copyrighted and not legitimate for circulation.

Is viewing TV on the internet illegal? There is some technicality included when it comes to watching television online. It has been said that while viewing TV online is illegal in most instances, it is not criminal, which means unlike downloading copyrighted video which can have fines and jail included it is highly unlikely that a television station will sue persons who are watching their feed on the internet. There are a number of websites that charge a fee for downloading movies and TV shows but these are mostly chosen among people wanting to watch very new movies or persons which are particular about the quality of their video. As the majority of persons will accept the poorer quality sometimes offered by free sites.

There are quite a few websites like BravoTV.com, TNT and others that provide episodes of their TV programs on their websites. So that people that missed the show on TV may watch it on the website. But there are a few restrictions to this as typically these websites cannot be viewed outside of the country where the TV station is based.

Along with the measures put in place by the various TV stations to safeguard their feed within the boundaries of their country of business has come the development of software to bypass these preventative measures. Though the purpose of the creators of these software packages may not have been to get around the preventative measures put in place by the TV stations, there is nothing in place to stop people who choose to use the software for such a reason.

Peer-to-peer networks and torrents were originally intended for file-sharing and not particularly for the distribution of pirated material but countless use it as another method for downloading TV shows and movies. A quick search for “free streaming” or “torrent” will turn up dozens of answers for sites that people can use to download or watch TV shows for free.

Know More About Free Style Rap

26 December 2010

Free style rap

Step 1. Start easy

No need to begin rhyming “the toasty cow’s utter” with “most o’ my flow’s butter”. It is not even a requirement to even rhyme. Just forget everything else and flow. The rhythm can be simple, the words might be second-grade level, but you’re still freestyling as long as you make it up.

Step 2. Keep flowing

Just keep flowing. If you make a mistake, do your best to incorporate your mistake into your next lines like Eminem did on this freestyle:

I take a beat and loop it,

I take a beat and choop it,

Anothertechnique to employ when you find yourself in a bind is to whip out a quick filler. Fillers are just little lines that you can insertoccasionally to give you more time to think of a dope line.

Step 3. Rhyme in your mind ahead of time

Let’s say your starting line is, “I’m colder than a Dairy Queen Blizzard.” As soon as you realize that you’re going to end the line with “Blizzard,” you should urgently think of something that rhymes with that word and might probably be linked:

wizard

lizard

scissor

miss her

pins hurt

Select one and then try to carve the second line to go up to that word. Let’s say you pick “wizard,” your next line could be:

I’m colder than a Dairy Queen Blizzard,

This is Lord of the Rings, you’re the hobbit, I’m the wizard,

If you select “scissor,” you might say:

I’m colder than a Dairy Queen Blizzard,

A rebel since I was five, went running with scissors,

The real trick of free styling is to have your mind always racing ahead of what you’re saying. This isn’t easy, but you’ll get better with practice.

How to dance hip hop?

Breaking

Breaking, also called B-boying or break dancing, is a versatile style of dance which originated as part of the hip hop culture. Breaking started to take form in the South Bronx alongside the other aspects of hip hop. The “B” in B-boy means beat, as in beat-boy (or girl). The term “B-boy” originated from the dancers at DJ Kool Herc’s parties, who saved their best dance moves for the break section of the song, getting in front of the audience to dance in a unique, frenetic style.

Information About Beethoven Symphony 9

25 December 2010

Beethoven Symphony 9

The Symphony Number 9 is a musical arrangement written by the legendary Ludwig Van Beethoven in 1824. The composition of the Symphony Number 9 is one of the more popular western classical music pieces and is also classified as one of Beethoven’s most celebrated efforts. The symphony marked the first time when a main composer used voices to produce a symphony. The words were used from the “Ode to Joy”, a poem written by Friedrich Schiller in 1785 and were looked at in 1803, with alterations made by Beethoven. The words are sung within the last progression by four soloist and a chorus.

Ode to Joy was originally titled as Schiller’s poem “An die Freude” but was then translated into “To Joy”. This piece was recorded in 1785 and then first published the other year in the poet’s own literary book named ‘Thalia’. When Beethoven was merely 22 years old he had already made plans to set the An die Freude to the music. Beethoven’s sketchbooks show that bits of musical material were written in 1811, and 1817 that eventually were used in the symphony. Beethoven started the work in 1818 and completed it at the beginning of 1824. Both the words and notations of the symphony were said to be written earlier in Beethoven’s vocation but the composition was originally commissioned by the Philharmonic Society of London in 1817.

The symphony 9 musical emerged from other pieces by Beethoven that, and aided to develop the outline for future symphonies. The introduction for the vocal part of the symphony proved to be very complex, even for Beethoven as his aim of the symphony was to present Schiller’s ode in an appropriate manner. Originally Beethoven was going to use the lyrics from ‘let us sing the ode of the immortal Schiller’ but then decided not to retain this version, and kept rewriting it until he had formulated its completed form, with the lyrics of”O Freunde, nicht diese Töne”. The works of Beethoven’s Symphony 9 has resounded through the years into the minds of many listeners and has become a platform for other musicians and his pieces have still managed to maintained their influence to this day.

How To Clap Your Hands

24 December 2010

<!– @page { margin: 2cm } P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } –>

Clap your hands

Applause is primarily the expression of approval by the act of clapping, or striking the palms of the hands together, in order to make noise. Audiences are generally expected to clap after a performance, such as a musical concert, speech, or play. In most western countries, audience members clap their hands at random to produce a steady sound; however, it tends to synchronize naturally to a weak degree. As a form of mass nonverbal communication, it is a simple pointer of the normal relative opinion of the whole group; the louder and longer the noise, the stronger the sign of approval.

In some cultures, slow, synchronized clapping by displeased audience members is considered not applause, but the antonym: a type of heckling, or an expression of mocking sarcasm or disapproval of the performer. The individual being slowly clapped at may mistake the clap as an insult, and a sign to leave the stage.

Another type of “slow handclap” is employed as a dramatic tool, often forming the conclusion of dramatic turning points in popular films. After some dramatic speech, an audience member applauds slowly, then another, and then a few more, until the trickle of clapping offers way to a roaring clapping your hands, often concluding in a standing ovation. This is also known as as a crescendo clapping your hands, named for the climbing level of volume it creates.

How to drum battle

Steps

1.Start with all participants playing together, complimenting each other.

2.After playing 16+- or so (really as many as you want) bars each participant begins on their own, starting off with longer (16-24+) solos, each solo complimenting the previous competitors solo.

3.As the battle proceeds, limit your solos step by step, until they become more and more lessened.

4.Mix together, perform together, hitting figures. End really big and epic and awesome.

Tips

Communicate a lot.

Just have fun, it’s generally not for really “beating” the person as much as it is to have a good time.

Play with a band if possible, starting and ending with them.

Warnings

Try not to get too serious about it.

Playing Nice: Converting PAL Tapes to NTSC and SECAM DVDS

24 December 2010

With today’s multi-national workforce, the ability to provide information in a universally functional video format is of the utmost importance. Toward this end, many production companies are now offering deals on a service which brings old and faded video tapes back into the modern age. This is accomplished by scanning old cassettes into the computer before affixing them to a fresh new DVD.

Format and Function

This process is especially useful for those operating across international borders. Because different countries can sometimes use entirely separate video formats, a tape which plays in France, say, may not work in an American VCR. The United States, Japan, and Canada are a few of the countries that use a format called NTSC, while much of the rest of the world employs others such as PAL and SECAM. The differences in each of these arise from their number of lines of resolution – NTSC with 525, and the others with 625.

This can be especially trouble when managing an employee training force. But now, rather than send away for specialized equipment capable of playing several varieties of tapes, many companies are opting to have their old videos converted into modern DVD formats.

One of the best places I’ve found for such services is MisterVideo.net. Their company offers a full range of  industry software, able to handle more formats than most of us could name. They specialize in converting well worn PAL and SECAM tapes into NTSC-ready DVD’s. Simply pack up your old tapes, fill out the order form, and choose the delivery method that’s right for you. In a short while, the bright new discs will arrive by mail, in the company of the reel-to-reel originals.

This can also work in reverse, for those who need an NTSC or PAL video remastered into SECAM. Or, say you need a SECAM tape converted to PAL – MisterVideo.net has got you covered.

Other Options

Not only can the folks at MisterVideo.net convert your old tapes, but they can also improve the picture quality. This is a step which some other companies overlook. After all, what’s the point of putting something on DVD if it’s not going to look any better than it did on the old format? In order to bring older images up to speed, MisterVideo.net’s technicians are capable of performing the following task:

1.      Image Stabilization – This will remove the jitters and tracking errors which plague well-worn magnetic tapes.

2.      Color Restoration – After years of service, colors begin to fade from tapes. Their state of the art software can bring back the brilliance of the original.

3.      Audio Enhancement – One of the biggest problems with old tapes is their muddy sound. MisterVideo.net has the capability of bringing the audio back up to speed.

When all is said and done, tape-to-DVD conversion is something that will need to be addressed by almost everyone. The lifespan of the images etched into the magnetic tape is short, requiring only a few years and a hundred or so viewings before the wear and tear begins to take its toll. Why risk losing valuable information when the transfer process is such a snap?

How to Make Stylish Beaded Earrings

24 December 2010

Earrings are the one jewelry that a woman must not miss. These are cheaper on the budget, lighter and much easier to wear. Beautiful earrings can be worn during social events or for having a walk around the park. If you are looking for cheap personalized beaded earrings, then why not make one for yourself. Here is your guide on how to make jewelry on your lovely ears.First, you need some materials ready. You need two ear wires, two head pins, a set of beads, two rubber stoppers, rounded wire pliers, tweezers, wire cutter and a card. Sterling silver are the most popular make of earring metals because it can be bended easily and looks polished even in wear and tear. The beads must fit through the head pin and stop on the flattened end. You can save a few bucks by using a nail cutter instead of a wire cutter. The first process that you must do is to string the beads into one headpin. The basic way to make an earring bead pattern is to use two different beads and putting these alternately through the headpin. You can also choose to use different beads for uniqueness. Keep in mind that the pattern that you created on one earring must match the second one. After this, you must use your rounded wire pliers to make a loop out of the end of the headpin to attach it to the ear wire and stop the beads from falling off. You can achieve this by forming a small loop near the end of the bead string and wrapping the rest of the wire around and in between the loop and the beads. The circular wires will stop the beads from getting loose as well as to act as a fashionable detail. Cut the extra wire using a wire cutter and round the loop using the tip of the round wire pliers. Then, attach the small loop in the larger loop of the ear wire. When it is securely attached, use your tweezers to lock the ear wire loop in place. Repeat the process again for the second earring. You can also package your earrings neatly by placing it on a card with two holes. Use rubber stoppers to lock the earrings in place and not fall off easily. You can also put details on the cards such as your name, phone and address so people can contact you to make other personalized earrings.Making earrings are easy, you just need to hone your wiring and design skills even more. In the future, you might be recognized as one of the famous jewelry designers in the world.

Swing Low Sweet Chariot Lyrics And Music

23 December 2010

Swing Low Sweet Chariot

“Swing Low, Sweet Chariot” is categorized as coloured spiritual or African-America folk songs. It was composed by Wallis Willis, a Choctaw freedman in the old Indian Territory, before the year 1862. The idea for the song originated from the Red river that reminded Willis of the Jordan River and of the Prophet Elijah being carried to heaven by a chariot.

Alexander Reid who was a minister at a Choctaw boarding institution, heard Willis singing the song and write out the words and melodies. Reid then sent the music to the Jubilee Singers of Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee who made it popular during a tour of America and Europe.

Traditional lyrics

Chorus:

Swing low, sweet chariot

Coming for to carry me home,

Swing low, sweet chariot,

Coming for to carry me home.

I looked over Jordan, and what did I see

Coming for to carry me home?

A band of angels coming after me,

Coming for to carry me home.

Chorus

Sometimes I’m up, and sometimes I’m down,

(Coming for to carry me home)

But still my soul feels heavenly bound.

(Coming for to carry me home)

Chorus

The brightest day that I can say,

(Coming for to carry me home)

When Jesus washed my sins away.

(Coming for to carry me home)

Chorus

If I get there before you do,

(Coming for to carry me home)

I’ll cut a hole and pull you through.

(Coming for to carry me home)

Chorus

If you get there before I do,

(Coming for to carry me home)
